SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Most orders are shipped Prepaid UPS and UPS freight. Please inspect merchandise upon receipt and report any problems within 10 Days. Returns are not accepted unless you have a pre-assigned return authorization number from Lime Stone. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable. We will credit your account only for merchandise that has been received in good condition in the original packaging with the return authorization number clearly noted on the carton. Additional charges apply if merchandise is not in its original packaging. Requests for returns over 10 business days will be respectfully denied.

Lime Stone products are handmade around the world and variations in color, size, and finish are to be expected.
